CTSR
Limited liability society “Centre of transportations and services realization” (CTSR) is one of the largest Russian agencies of selling air transportations. CTSR was created in 1994. At present it is a branched network of offices selling air traffic in the territory of the Russian Federation.
LLS “Centre of transportations and services realization” is carrying out the sale of air tickets for the flights of “UTair Aviation”, other Russian and CIS Air Companies and also the leading world air companies; it is an agency, accredited by TCH (Transport Clearing House) and IATA (International Air Transport Association);
• Reservation of tickets for “UTair Aviation” flights,
• Delivery of air tickets in Tumjen, Nojabrsk, Niznevartovsk, Khanti-Mansiysk,Ufa, Tazovskij.
• Sale of tickets for the flights of “UTair Aviation” and also for the regular flights of Russian and CIS flights.
• Concluding of agreements on buying air tickets on cashless transfer of funds with legal persons.
• Delivery of services for the prepayment of tickets in one city with their following receipt in another one.
• Sale of air tickets by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS plastic cards.
Being the general agent of airline, CTSR executes a number of functions, including mutual calculations on passenger proceeds between Transport Clearing House and airline, concludes contracts, performs the registration of air tickets for the applications of organizations having contracts with the airline on behalf of the airline agency.
The passenger can receive any information on booking and purchase of the ticket round-the-clock by the phone of the airline’s hot line.
“UTair Aviation" Branches
From 2001 CTSR represents the interests of “UTair Aviation” in more than 42 airports on the territory of Russian and CIS countries, maintaining the high performance standards. The passengers can always hope for an overall help in any situations in the airports where the representatives of the air company work.
At present “UTair Aviation” has one of the largest branch networks among the Russian transporters. 42 commercial branches of ‘UTair Aviation” function on the territory of different Russian cities: Anapa, Belgorod, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar, Kursk, Machachkala, Mineralniye Vodi, Moscow (“Vnukovo”, “Domodedovo”), Niznevartovsk, Niznekamsk. Nizniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov on the Don, Beloyarskiy, Siktivkar, Samara, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Surgut, Tunjen, Ufa, Uhta, Khanty-Mansisk and also 11 branches outside Russia: in Azerbajdzan, Armenia, Belarus, Kirgizstan, Tadzikistan, the Ukraine.
According to the policy directed on the perfection of services offered to the clients and international standards, the Airline emphasizes rendering of the all-round assistance to passengers at all stages of their service, including the service at the airports.
A passenger can address to any representative of the air company in office of representation and receive a qualified answer. With questions on conditions of flight, transportation of luggage, cargo the passenger has also an opportunity to address for the decision of the arisen questions to the representative of Airline at all the stages of the passage of all formalities - during registration of passengers and luggage of flight, examination and boarding and also on the arrival at the airport of destination.
Professionalism, competence of the personnel are the key to success of the Airline. Therefore, significant attention of LLS “CTSR” is paid to the perfection of the preparation of representatives according to all-increasing requirements of the Airline to this category of personnel. In this respect, heads and employees of the branches attend refreshment courses in such educational institutions, as the Institute of Executives and Experts in the field of the branch of Academy of Civil Aircraft (St. Petersburg) and High Business school "Air business" (Moscow).
Besides, various educational arrangements on the normative-technological documentation of the Airline are regularly carried out for the chiefs and employees by means of the own forces of the LLC “CTSR”.
Against the background of increasing competitive struggle in the market of air transportations the Airline attracts passengers to its flights not only due to the improvement of the quality of service in the air and on the ground, optimization of the routing network, perfection of tariff policy and development of various programs of loyalty, but also due to the formation of corporative culture, personal responsibility of each employee.
