Business structure of UTair Aviation, JSC
UTair organization structure combines a number of organizations, affiliates and representative offices that participate in the process of fulfillment and provision of passenger transportations and helicopter operations. Control over companies and organizations included in UTair organization structure is exercised according to the principle of operational and financial monitoring of their activities.
In order to polish up the business control process and improve efficiency of each of the Company’s business activities, UTair successively implements measures aimed at optimization of its organization structure. The main of them are as follows:
separation of minor business activities in separate companies under UTair control;
implementation of corporate management over subsidiaries and affiliated companies by means of forming their regulatory bodies from among the Company representatives.
