The charge for issue of a document confirming the travel by flights of the Airlines will be 300 rubles. The charge will be paid for the issue of each certificate or each copy of the flight coupon.

Passengers may request copies of tickets or certificates confirming only their own flights.

Parents may request a copy of the tickets or certificate confirming flight of their minor children (that do not have a passport) attaching copies of documents confirming the relation.

Applications of passengers will be considered and requested documents will be issued within 5-7 business days. Further the document will be sent by post to the specified address or by fax (the way of sending is specified in the passenger’s application).

You can pay the charge for issue of the certificate in a ticket office of the Airlines.

Passengers that live in settlements where there are no UTair ticket offices need to:

1. Complete the standard form published on the web-site.
2. Notarize their signature in the application.
3. Pay 300 rubles through any bank in accordance with the following details:
