When checking in for flights inside Russia, please have:

• an identity document (regular passport, foreign passport, national passport, certificate of birth, military card for military men);

When checking in for international flights, please have:

Flights inside Russia

The check-in will commence 1 hour 30 minutes, except for the following airports:

Vnukovo – the check-in in the airport will commence 6 hours before the flight.

Kievsky Railway Station – the check-in will commence 24 hours and terminate 25 minutes before departure of the last express train. The last express train is an electric train that will depart from the Kievsky Railway Station within 2 (two) hours prior to the planned departure of your flight according to the schedule.

Domodedovo – the check-in in the airport will commence 12 hours before the flight.

Savelovsky Railway Station – the check-in of passengers will commence 24 hours and terminate 25 minutes before departure of the last express train. The last express train is an electric train that will depart from the Savelovsky Railway Station within 2 (two) hours prior to the planned departure of your flight according to the schedule.

International Flights

The check-in will commence 3 hours at terminate 40 minutes before the flight. This time is set based on the term sufficient for passing of pre-flight administrative formalities (issue of entry/ exit documents, baggage inspection, payment of extra baggage, etc.) and check-in procedure.

Web-Check-In

 24 hours before the flight you can check in on-line at the web-site of the Airlines. Please read condition of the web-check-in.

If you turn out to be in a situation when the schedule of flights has changed and your flight can not depart in the appointed time due to technical failures or unfavourable weather conditions, the personnel of the Airlines will take care of you.

You will be offered with:

• the room for mothers with children for a passenger with a child of under 7 years old;
• two telephone calls or two e-mail messages if you wait for the flight for more than 2 hours;
• hot meal if you wait for the flight for more than 4 hours and further each 6 hours in day time and each 8 hours in night time;
• accommodation in a hotel if you wait for the flight for more than 8 hours;
• delivery by transport from the airport to the hotel (if necessary);
• storage of the baggage.

Starting May 2 UTair Aviation flights to European destinations from Vnukovo International Airport will depart from the International Section of Terminal A instead of from Terminal B. Flights from the new terminal will serve destinations in the Baltic states, Ukraine, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Greece.  

For transfer passengers arriving on domestic flights
- UTair passengers for connecting flights to other Russian or European destinations (the Baltic States, Ukraine, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Greece) must proceed to the departure zone located on the second floor of Terminal A.
- UTair passengers for connecting flights to UTair international destinations must exit Terminal A and proceed to International Terminal B.

For transfer passengers arriving on international flights
- UTair international flights to Europe (the Baltic States, Ukraine, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Greece) are now served from the new Terminal A. Please note that passengers with connecting flights to other Russian or European destinations (the Baltic States, Ukraine, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Greece) must collect their luggage, pass through customs inspection and proceed to the departure zone located on the second floor of Terminal A. 
- Transfer passengers arriving at Terminal B must exit the terminal and proceed to the International Terminal B.

Passengers seeking connecting flights can find instructions on the display board at Terminals A and B.
If necessary passengers can ask UTair employees or Terminal staff. The UTair office and ticket windows are located on the second floor of Terminal A.

UTair is offering you a convenient network of flights from Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports. Apart from special through fares, for travel convenience you can register your luggage to proceed to the final destination at the departure airport, and the transfer airport (intermediate landing airport) will automatically deliver your luggage to the next flight without your participation.

Please take note of the following:

1. When registering at the first airport of departure, inform the agent about your entire route.
2. Make sure that you luggage is checked in to the final destination – the tear-off receipt should indicate the transfer airport and the final airport of your voyage. If this is so, your luggage will be delivered to the aircraft without your participation.

If you are issued two boarding passes at the first airport of departure (for your immediate flight and for the connecting flight), there is no need to register at the transfer airport – you can proceed directly to the screening and boarding sector.

If your initial flight is delayed and you are late for the connecting flight, please apply to the airline’s representative to reissue your ticket.

Please remember that if you are transferring from an international to a domestic flight, your luggage will not be transferred automatically. In accordance with the RF border control procedure, you have to personally submit your luggage for customs screening.

Transfers through Vnukovo airport

The possibility of transfer luggage registration is limited by minimum and maximum flight connection times.

The minimum connection time established by Vnukovo for transfer passengers and their registered luggage is:

- for domestic flights – one hour;
- for transfers from a domestic to an international flight or between international flights – 1,5 hours.

The maximum connection time is 12 hours.

Currently, transfer luggage registration is available at all airports of departure, except airports outside of Russia.

If your initial flight is delayed and you are late for the connecting flight, please apply to the airline’s representative to reissue your ticket. At Vnukovo airport, the airline’s desk is located on the first floor in the domestic passenger registration hall, across from the registration desks.
