12 Part. Rules of Conduct for Passengers on Board an Airplane during a Flight

Passengers have the right to:

• require the provision of all services under terms and conditions of the transportation contract;
• approach crew members and seek their protection in cases where his/ her life, health and personal dignity are threatened.

Passengers are obliged to:

• unconditionally comply with requirements and recommendations of the aircraft commander and crew members;
• comply with generally accepted rules of conduct in public places.

In order to ensure the safety passengers are prohibited to:

• create situations that threaten the safety of the flight, as well as life (health) of passengers and crew members;
• create a situation resulting in misbehavior, actions which demean honor and dignity of other people, as well as aggressive actions of other people;
• raise the voice, demonstrate any disrespectful and aggressive attitude to other passengers and crew members;
• disturb resting (sleeping) passengers without need;
• smoke during the flight, including electronic cigarettes;
• use emergency equipment without instructions of the crew;
• produce film and photo-shooting;
• break rules of fire safety, hygiene and sanitary-epidemiological rules;
• break rules for the transportation of dangerous substances or items;
• break rules of the flight safety (an attempt to open a door or hatch of the aircraft, refusal to fasten a seat belt, smoking in improper place, etc.).

Not to create obstacles in the operation of sensitive and navigation devices of the aircraft and to ensure the flight safety, it is prohibited to use mobile phones during the entire flight.

Electronic devices located on board of the aircraft and used by passengers or crew members may have an impact on the operation of navigation systems and radio communications equipment of the aircraft.

In this connection, as well as recommended by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and manufacturers of civil aircrafts, it is prohibited:

• during the entire flight to use radio phones, radio receivers, radio transmitters, televisions, remote control toys, wireless network devices.

Note: radio phones must be turned off no matter where they are - in the baggage or hand luggage.

• during taxiing, takeoff, height gaining, descending and landing of the aircraft - to use laptop computers, portable computer printers, camcorders, cameras, audio devices (tape recorders, CD players and cassettes, and other laser devices), photo cameras, electronic toys, appliances, devices that are based on LEDs.

Before your travel, you can spend time in the airport hall for business class passengers.

Business class passengers are entitled to free baggage allowance of 40 kg  that is serviced in the priority order.

You will enjoy your travel in the cabin equipped with comfortable seats. You will be comfortable to work or relax, depending on your plans. In order to have everything you need in the way, you will be offered with a set of travel accessories (pouch, cleaning cloth for glasses, napkins for shoes, spot remover napkin, sleeping glasses, ear plugs, paper handkerchiefs, socks, comb, shoe horn). Also, any passenger may use a blanket and a pillow.

Our chefs will offer the most varied cuisine for the business classtravel - a wide choice of appetizers and salads, hot first and second courses, dessert, wine, brandy, juices, and water.

Services in this class correspond to the business-class of continental European airlines. This class was introduced in autumn of 2001 and is deservedly popular.

This class of service is avaiilable for Tu-154 and Boeing-737-400 arcrafts.

Seats in the cabin are installed with a large space between rows. The cabin has a separate dressing area. In this class of service you may carry 30 kg of free baggage.

The menu that will be offered to you on board of the aircraft includes a range of appetizers, salads, hot dishes, wine, juice and water.

Economy class passengers of the Airlines will be offered during a flight with refreshing drinks. Cold or hot meals on board are offered depending on duration of the flight.

In the economy service class at Boeing-737-500 you can buy tickets for more comfortable seats (the first row of the second compartment).
More comfortable seats differ from other seats in the economy class by additional space for feet. Meal is provided according to standards of the economic class. The baggage allowance is increased by 10 kg (compared to the economy class standard).
