The carrier’s charge for a delay in amendments to terms and conditions of the carriage and extra charge for a higher tariff (if such are provided for by the tariff application rules) will be also paid in the office in cash.

Please pay your attention to the fact that that charge paid when issuing a ticket (125 rubles per each part of the itinerary) will not be refunded.

To refund a ticket paid at www.utair.ru you can use one of the following options:

1. Come yourself to an office with your identity document and show the itinerary slip. In this event, a charge set by the agency for refund transaction will be paid in cash in th office. 2. Form a Ticket Cancellation Request at the web-site in accordance with the procedure described below. In this event, a charge equal to 200 rubles per each part of the itinerary will be withheld from the refundable amount when refunding a ticket at the web-site (by forming a Ticket Cancellation Request).

Whichever option of the ticket refund you chose, the refundable amount will be transferred to the processing center on the next business day after the refund transaction. The refunded amount will be credited to the bank card from which the payment has been made within 3-20 days (the term depends on the issuing bank).

Forming an application for refund of e-tickets paid at the web-site

1. Select Order Search paragraph in the Booking block.

2. Specify in relevant fields the order number and the name of the passenger whose ticket is to be refunded and select Search Order button.

3. On ‘General Order Information’ page push ‘Refund’ button located at the bottom of the display. In the opened window ‘Ticket Refund’ place a tick near names of passengers whose tickets are to be refunded.

Attention! Due to technical features of the booking system, only all parts of the itinerary that remain unused may be accepted for refund.

Having marked relevant names, push ‘Refund Application’ button.

4. In the e-mail received link to ‘Refund Confirmation’, check details of refunded tickets and read terms and conditions of the refund agreement, and press AGREE.

Attention! As soon as you confirm your agreement with the refund by pressing ‘AGREE’ button, the booked seats will be automatically canceled by the booking system for all unused parts of the itinerary.

This transaction cannot be canceled

To make Internet purchases safer, Sberbank of Russia (OAO) implemented a technology for transacting in Internet in a protected mode (using Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode technologies).

Unlike the ‘standard’ technology of payment for an Internet purchase, in the course of transaction a request to confirm it will be sent to you. To confirm the transaction you need to enter a one-time password that you can receive free of charge via cash machines of Sberbank of Russia inserting your PIN code or via SMS to your handset (if Mobile Bank service is available to you).

When receiving one-time passwords through cash machines, they will print out a receipt with one-time passwords. Each password is intended for one transaction. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the list of one-time passwords is to be received prior to booking at the web-site.

SMS message with a one-time password will be sent to th telephone number subscribed to Mobile Bank service for the card used for payment directly in the course of payment (when you select ‘one-time password by SMS). The received password is intended for the current transaction only.

To avoid any illegal use of your card, keep one-time passwords in a place not available for third parties and do not transfer them for transactions to third parties. Remember that in accordance with the Card Use Conditions the Holder is liable for transaction performed using one-time passwords. If the receipt with password is lost, you will have to receive a new receipt with one-time passwords. Since such new receipt with passwords is received, it will not be possible to use the old receipt.
