You can buy a ticket to any flight of UTair at UTair offices or at any ticket office of your city.
Attention! For the avoidance of any unpleasant situations connected with large queues in offices, especially, in Moscow airports, and to save your time, we strongly recommend you to receive tickets in advance.
At UTair offices, you can also purchase tickets for friends and relatives living in other cities or villages and the ticket will be forwarded to the city or village where your friends or relatives are departing. It is also possible to receive pre-paid tickets purchased by others in UTair offices.
Besides, at ticket offices you can pay for tickets booked through the web-site of the Company.
Paper ticket exchange and refund
Ticket exchange
You can change the departure date at any ticket office. When changing the departure date for an earlier one, no charge for late ticket cancellation will be paid.
- If the departure date is changed for a later date:
- earlier tan 24 hours prior to the flight time specified in the ticket – no charge for late ticket cancellation will be paid;
- less than 24 hours prior to the flight time specified in the ticket – a charge equal to from 5% to 25% of the applicable rate depending on the tariff application rules will be withheld.
If there are no seats at the tariff purchased by you earlier, you will have to pay extra to a higher tariff at which seats are available for sale. If the applicable rate increases, but the transportation has not commenced yet, when changing the flight date a difference in the tariffs will be withheld from a passenger.
You can change the flight date during 1-12 months depending on the tariff application rules specified in the ticket.

Ticket refund
A ticket can be canceled in any agency. The cashier will return a seat/seats into the booking system, cross out flight line in th ticket, write the date and time of the seat return, and certify his/her signature with a personal stamp.
You can receive money for an unused ticket within 12 months only at the ticket purchase place based on your identity document and unused ticket.
No charges and extra payments are collected in the event of forced change in the flight date and ticket cancellation. In this event, before returning a ticket to the office make a mark confirming a delay or cancellation of the flight at the airport administration of UTair representative office.
The refund is classified as forced one in the following events:
- Cancellation or delay of UTair flight specified in the ticket;
- Change in the itinerary by UTair;
- Performance of UTair flight not in accordance with the schedule;
- Failed departure of a passenger due to impossibility to provide to him/her a seat at UTair light on the date specified in the ticket;
- Failed departure of a passenger by UTair airplane and flight due to a delay of the passenger as a result of long control, provided that no substances and articles prohibited for transportation are found when inspecting the baggage and the passenger;
- Failure of UTair to connect flights in the event of the single transportation (connection of UTair flights, connection of flight performed by UTair and Interline partners of UTair);
- Replacement of an airplane type at UTair flight;
- Sudden sickness of a passenger or sickness or death of his/her family member traveling together with the passenger by an airplane by UTair flight, as confirmed by medical documents;
- Failure to provide to a passenger services in accordance with the class specified in UTair flight ticket;
- Incorrect issue of UTair flight ticket by the Airlines or an authorized agent;
- Failed transportation of a passenger for other reasons, except for.
Note:
- If UTair flight tickets are purchased at ‘one way’ and ‘return way’ tariff, in the event of any forced delay of ‘one way’ flight, the refund or exchange of tickets for ‘return way’ flight will be also deemed to be forced one (if the passenger’s time in the destination point is limited).
- If UT flight tickets are bought for a transfer itinerary at a through tariff or ‘one way’ tariffs on both sections, if the flight on the first section is delayed/ canceled, the refund or exchange of tickets on the second stage will also be deemed to be forced one.
- If a passenger is late or fails to arrive from a flight of any other airlines to a UTair flight, the refund or exchange of tickets will not be deemed to be forced one (except for partner airlines).
If a ticket is lost before the flight
If you have lost a ticket for UTair flight, we offer you a service to issue a copy of the ticket.
For the issue of a copy, a change equal to USD 50 (fifty) will be collected from a passenger, which charge is not refunded even if the lost ticket is found. The charge will be paid in the agency in rubles at the exchange rate set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment.
When approaching the office, a passenger will complete a standard application form addressed to the Department Head/ Branch Director of OOO CRPU and leave a contact phone.

Copies may be issued only for tickets issue on TKP forms or own UTair forms. To issue a copy, it is required to confirm the fact of sale of the original document and the fact that the ticket has not been used, refunded and that no copy has been issued.
A copy will be issued by sales offices of the Airlines and its agents that have a special permit of the Airlines to issue copies in points where there are no agencies and representative offices of the Company.
If a ticket is lost for reasons that may be confirmed by documents, a passenger will provide proof of the reasons for applying for a ticket copy (for example, a certificate from home affairs authorities if the ticket is stolen).
If the information is not sufficient and if there is a lack of time to perform relevant acts to confirm whether a copy may be issued, an authorized officer of the Airlines may offer to a passenger to buy a new ticket to continue his/her travel.
A copy will be issued in strict compliance with the initial document. The flight date may be changed at the passenger’s request only after the issue of a copy in accordance with the tariff rules specified in the ticket.
A ticket copy is valid only for the transportation and may not be returned.
If you need a ticket copy after the flight or a certificate confirming the flight
If you have lost your ticket after UTair flight and need its copy, UTair may issue a copy or a certificate confirming the flight by UTair,
A charge collected for the issue of a document confirming the fact of flight by UTair will be 300 rubles. The charge is paid for the issue of each certificate of each copy of the flight coupon. A passenger may request copies of tickets or confirming certificates only for its own flights. Parents may request a copy of the ticket or confirming certificates with respect to flights of their minor children (that do not have a passport) having attached copies of documents confirming their relation. Applications of passengers will be considered and requested documents will be prepared within 10 business days. Then the document will be sent to you by post to the indicated address or by fax (the way of sending is specified in the passenger’s application).
You can pay a charge for the issue of a document in ticket offices of the Airlines. Passengers living in cities where there are no UTair offices need to:
