UTair reminds travelers that certain conditions apply to special offers of airfare, including restrictions on reservations, official registration the lengths of validity of tickets, the length of stopover periods at certain destinations and restrictions on changes in travel plans. Additional restrictions apply on the redemption value in the event of cancellation. Seating reserved for passengers eligible for special fares is limited.
