When booking a ticket you will have to decide which of the existing tariffs to choose, depending on the route of your flight, the class of services and some other parameters.

UTair Aviation uses normal (full) tariffs and special (privileged) tariffs.

In the event the ticket was not used at all or partially due to some reasons, you should apply to the place of registering the ticket or to the nearest booking office of the airline for reimbursement of the ticket cost.

General rules

Special tariffs are applied depending on the route you chose and agreed on while registering a ticket.

Once you have chosen a tariff and bought a ticket, the latter becomes an agreement between you and the airline company. Before the flight, please study the conditions of this agreement. In the event you have not used services offered in the ticket, you will have to apply to the agency where you bought the ticket.
