• If you decided to take your pet in the trip with you, do not forget to book the transportation of your pet while booking tickets and check details for such a trip. Please, remember that our airline company can guarantee transportation of your pet only in the event of timely booking;
• Pets can be transported by UTair flights only onboard. The transportation of animals in the luggage compartment is impossible. Therefore, we will be able to transport only pets of a small size and weight;
• Small pets (dogs and cats) should be transported in special containers that can be placed under your seat onboard the plane. The bottom of the container should have an absorbing layer and the container should be covered with a dense cloth;
• The weight of an animal and the container for its transportation is not included in the limit of free-of-charge transportation of luggage and is paid only as luggage above the limit;
• Large dogs as well as guide dogs attending blind or deaf passengers should be transported in a part of the plane chosen by the airline's personnel while boarding. The dog should stay near its owner and be muzzled;
• A separate passenger ticket and a separate passenger seat is required for a dog with a weight of more than 40 kg. A ticket for a dog is paid according to a tariff of the offered class of services;
• Guide dogs attending blind or deaf passengers are transported by all UTair flights free of charge;
• Your should take care of your pet during the trip yourself, timely provide it with food and water. Please remember that the airline company is not responsible for the state of health of your pet.

Documents you will need

For transportation of a pet in Russia, you will need a veterinary certificate to be issued no earlier than 48 hours before the plane is to take off from the airport of departure. This certificate is valid for a month.
