Utair launches new routes from Ufa
'Ufa is an important transport hub for transit passengers from Siberia. Launching direct flights to the South and the Volga region will increase the flow of passengers and tourists passing through the republic’s capital. I have no doubt that the new routes will help people in Russia to travel in any direction quickly and economically,' said Utair Passenger Airlines president Pavel Permyakov.
Utair is the most punctual airline in Russia in 2018. According to the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) rating, the company performed 99.18% of flights on schedule or with minimum delays up to 2 hours. In 2018, passenger traffic increased by 8.7%, to 8 million passengers.
Utair flies to 150 destinations, more than 60 of which are available only to passengers of the company. Utair has hubs throughout the country: in Ufa, Ekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Mineralnye Vody, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Sochi, Surgut, Tyumen, and Khanty-Mansiysk. The main transfer point is Vnukovo International Airport in Moscow, which offers more than 160 Utair flights daily. The headquarters of Utair is located in Surgut.
