Utair starts direct service from Volgograd to Sochi
Starting from June 16, Utair launches direct service from Volgograd to Sochi. ATR 72 aircraft will fly between the cities on Sundays. The departure time is set at 9:50 from Sochi and 15:30 from Volgograd, local time.
The “Minimum” fare without luggage for Mineralny Vody to Sochi flights will start from RUB 4185, the “Optimum” fare from RUB 5185, and the “Premium” fare from RUB 6185.
“This season Utair is vigorous at carrying citizens of the Russian regions to Russia’s most popular resort Sochi. The airline will provide service from Astrakhan, Vladikavkaz, Krasnodar, Mineralny Vody, Moscow, Nizhnevartovsk, Surgut, and Tyumen. Utair also restarts weekly air service between Sochi and Volgograd,” comments Pavel Permyakov, CEO of Utair – Passenger Airlines.
Utair is the most punctual airline in Russia in 2018. According to the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) rating, the company performed 99.18% of flights on schedule or with minimum delays up to 2 hours. In 2018, passenger traffic increased by 8.7%, to 7.9 million passengers.
Utair flies to 150 destinations, more than 60 of which are available only to passengers of the company. Utair has 11 hubs throughout the country: in Ufa, Ekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Mineralnye Vody, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Sochi, Surgut, Tyumen, and Khanty-Mansiysk. The main transfer point is Vnukovo International Airport in Moscow, which offers more than 160 Utair flights daily. The headquarters of Utair is located in Surgut.
