UTair – the Second by Punctuality among Russian Airlines
In June 2017, UTair Aviation was the second by punctuality among Russian airlines*.
According to Rosaviation, UTair performed all charter international flights and 98.4% of 7,388 regular flights on schedule. The analysis covered flight delays over 2 hours.
Over the first six months of 2017, UTair average punctuality rate is even higher: 98.7% of 38,324 regular flights carried out without delay.
UTair consistently retains top positions in punctuality ratings according to Rosaviation and the largest airports. In 2016, the airline was recognized the most punctual carrier by Ufa and Minsk airports, in 2014 – by the airports of Novosibirsk and Omsk, in 2013 – by Ben Gurion airport, in 2012 – by Pulkovo, and in 2010 – by Domodedovo.

UTair has perfectly arranged interaction with airport ground services in order to duly provide an alternate aircraft in case of delay and to reissue tickets for transfer passengers for the next flight. At each deviation fr om the timetable we analyze the reasons to remove delays in the future,” commented Alexey Budnik, President of UTair – Passenger Airlines.
