All tariffs, except for Light, include one baggage piece up to 23 kg. Buy an excess baggage allowance on our website or use Utair mobile app starting at 2000 ₽ (or 40 € for international flights).
Excess baggage charge at the airport starts at 2500 ₽ (or 50 € for international flights). An extra fee of 1499 ₽ (25 €) is charged to check excess baggage in the holding area.
Utair charges no fee for checking sporting equipment up to 23 kg, such as bicycles, skis or snowboards in a bag, or hockey sticks (applies to all tariffs, except Light).

Seats+ have 25cm more room between the seats. They are comfortable to sleep in or to use a notebook even if the seat in front is reclined.

Status Silver and Status Gold card holders are entitled to free seats+.
Refunding the seat+ fee
Utair will refund the seat+ fee:
- if the airline replaces the plane and finds itself unable to offer a seat + on that plane;
- if a ticket has to be replaced or is returned;
- when a passenger gets another seat in the economy class for security reasons.
If a passenger refuses to fly, the seat+ fee shall not refunded.
Seats+ near emergency exits are reserved for passengers who can help flight attendants during emergency evacuation. Utair is asking the following passengers not to choose seats near emergency exits:
- passengers who are unable to move fast due to age, physical or mental ailments;
- passengers with visual or hearing impairments who are unable to clearly follow directions during evacuating from the plane;
- passengers with children, as well as unaccompanied children under 12;
- supervised prisoners or deported illegal residents;
- pregnant women;
- courier service and special comms employees;
- passengers with pets in the passenger cabin.
Utair is also asking the following passengers not to take seats near emergency exits:
- passengers aged 12-18;
- passengers not speaking any emergency PA language.
Upgrading to Business class

Passengers can upgrade to business class when checking in for all route network flights depending on business class seats availability.
Upgrading to Business class costs 999 ₽ / 19 € for Comfort tariff users and 5999 ₽ / 99 € for other tariff users.
- Business class in-flight service.
- Economy class baggage check rules.
- No business lounge service or transfer to the plane.
Utair will refund the extra payment:
- if the airline replaces the plane and finds itself unable to offer a business class seat;
- if a ticket has to be replaced or is returned;
- when a passenger gets another seat in the economy class for security reasons.
